Holding Wainwright in our hearts. 💚
In the wake of the tragedy at CFB Wainwright, my heart is with the families grieving someone they love, those injured and facing recovery, and everyone whose life has been changed.
To the military community, first responders, healthcare teams, and those supporting families through these devastating days, thank you for the care you are giving.
As you know, angels have always held a special meaning for us, a small symbol of love, remembrance and connection. They can be a reminder of someone we hold close, or a quiet way of saying “you are in my thoughts.”
Today, we are not planning a special fundraiser, but we are letting the weight of this tragedy sit for a moment.
You see with the angels, it’s honestly not all about raising money for causes. It’s about raising our hearts and our hopes.
We’ve done fundraisers in the past to rally people and draw attention to a cause, which has been wonderful and so very special but this time I’m hoping that we can instead collectively say a few prayers for those who are hurting right now.
And if you know someone who needs an angel, I am at the ready.
We’ve already seen a few orders come in. 💚
