This is without a doubt the MOST detailed and elaborate ring I’ve made to date, and I’m so proud of it!
My client approached me asking if I could make him a custom ring, using elements from his own family crest, but with some tweaks to make it more personal.
He was very specific in what he was after, and to be honest I was a little intimidated by his request because it involved a lot of elements that are out of my normal comfort zone - things like precise symmetry, traditional heraldry and teeny tiny details!
But, I decided to “say yes and deal with it later!” because I really do love a challenge and any opportunity to evolve in my engraving!
And I’m so damn glad I did!! This one took MANY hours (months infact) because I was determined to absolutely nail it and I really think I did!
