2. Please make sure your business is OPEN or the contact person who will receive the order is available when scheduling for delivery.
3. Holding of bid items is up to 3 days upon receipt of your order
confirmation/invoice. Non-payment of the invoice will result in the AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION of your bidding reservations.
4. PAYMENTS
> Domestic customers (within UAE) - Cash on delivery.
> International customers (outside UAE) - wire or bank transfer before delivery.
5. DELIVERIES/SHIPMENTS
> Customers within the UAE - thru local couriers.
> Customers outside UAE - thru Fedex, DHL, EMS.
> We currently ship DDU (delivered duties unpaid) to any destination country, so if you place an order for delivery outside UAE, you will be responsible for paying applicable VAT and duty charges on your order's arrival in your country along with any other applicable fees.
> You may well have to pay customs and processing fees to clear the goods through customs, because basically every shipment from abroad is subject to customs duty and VAT.
> For customers outside UAE, ordered items will be shipped after confirmation of the payment in 1-2 working days.
> Please make sure of your availability when scheduling for deliveries.
> For customers within UAE, ordered items will be shipped on the next working day after providing the complete delivery details (pls. see T&C no. 1).
> For customers outside UAE, ordered items will be shipped 1-2 working days after confirmation of your payment and with complete delivery details (pls. see T&C no. 1).
> Estimated delivery time varies for each destination and is normally affected by import customs procedures of your respective countries.
> Customs duties, taxes and local charges are to be bourne by consignee and is NOT included in the SHIPPING CHARGES mentioned during our live selling.
> For customers outside UAE, lost shipments claim depends on the insured/declared maximum amount per country. RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
> Shipping fee is non-refundable.
> We cannot repair damage to any items that exceed 1 month from purchase. Any damage incurred by the customer from mis-use cannot be repaired. If customer insists for repair, he/she will shoulder the cost by our accredited goldsmith.
> Tarnishing or discolouration due to chemical contact is not our fault including any damage caused by perfumes, bleaching, heat exposure and general wear and tear.
> We do not entertain returns and exchanges for ordered items due to wrong sizes and lightweight items. We advise customers to CORRECTLY check and inquire about your correct sizes and weight (grams) requirements before placing and finalizing your orders.
> Please note we do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene. However exceptions will be made if the earrings are unworn and we are contacted as soon as your order is received.
> NO exchanges/returns for international customers in any case.
> For deliveries within the UAE, customers are not allowed to open the shipment before handling the payment to the courier. For any issues, please message us directly . Courier services are outsourced and they do not work for the company.
