Ten years into this work, and what still matters most to me is this: people don’t need fixing, they need to be understood!
I’m a Clinical Psychologist who works closely with individuals and families, using approaches like CBT and Compassion-Focused Therapy, while also drawing from different therapeutic styles depending on what you need. No two people are the same, so therapy shouldn’t be either.
My work is grounded in evidence, but guided by curiosity, empathy, and real human connection. If you step into this space, you’ll find it collaborative, non-judgmental, and honest. A place where we slow down, make sense of things, and create change that feels meaningful.
Because therapy, at its best, is not about labels or checklists, but about understanding yourself in a way that finally feels clear.
