A common problem with roller blinds is when they “scroll”, that is when the fabric goes hard up against the edge damaging and causing shredding of edge. This can be caused by a variety of factors but predominantly the window head is slightly out of level or the blind is manufactured out of balance. The solution can be to add some thickness to the tube to the end you wish the blind to move to ( in this case the left side) this is best achieved by running the blind fully down and applying tape of some type to the end. This is trial and error, start with a strip of tape, see what happens and add or subtract more or less tape as required. This is more problematic with narrow width blinds, or cheap ones with a very light baserail.
