A little housekeeping before I disappear for a while… 🤍

Orders placed by 12pm Adelaide time on 23 September will be packed and on their way before I take a break with my family.

The website will stay open while I’m away, but any orders placed after then will be packed and dispatched when I’m back, by 18 October.

We’re very excited to experience some magic together and, truthfully I’m really looking forward to not cooking for a while. 🤣

Thank you as always, for supporting Inesce and allowing this small business to fit around family life too.

P.S. We’ll be back just in time for a series of warmer weather markets here in Adelaide. Sunshine, jewellery and market days ➡️ I’ll be ready for you.

Some days don’t need loud jewellery.

Origins Green Amethyst catches the light softly as you move.

Asymmetrical stones frame rather than announce.

Long associated with calm.

Solid sterling silver, always.

Easy to wear from day to night.

For the days you want to feel confidently, quietly yourself.

The jewellery you reach for without thinking.
Softly sculpted in sterling silver, made for everyday life.

I’m curious, do you wear the same jewellery most days?

The past few weeks have felt heavy.

Not long after making the difficult decision to return Teddy to his foster carers, we unexpectedly lost our sweet Billie.

We still don’t have any answers.

The house feels quiet. Empty in ways I wasn’t prepared for.

I’m learning that grief is all over the shop. Most days arrive wrapped in a thick fog, with random pockets of lovely memories beginning to shine though.

Through darker days, I always feel drawn to the sea. Its mood has seemed to mirror our own lately. Grey. Sometimes still.

In moments of quiet I’ve felt drawn to much darker stones than usual as I consider future collections. Something I’ll share soon.

For now just a few moments collected lately.

P.S. A small note for those who have been collecting Inesce for a while 🤍. Tomorrow at 12:01am, I’ll be opening the first ever Inesce Archive Sale. Fourteen retired designs on offer for 40–50% off. Seven days only. 24-30 June.

Every now and then it sinks in.

People are finding Inesce, wearing it, and my heart swells when they come back for more. 🥹

The shift from market tables to online has been slower than I imagined, but moments like these make it feel real.

Thank you for trusting a small, female-run, independent brand. It means more than you know. 🤍

A quiet weekend at the dining table 🤍

I’ve been learning orthographic drawing, which is when you map out a ring from every angle.

Years of rough sketches and too many iterations later, I’m finally making the time to learn the skills properly before the next collection goes to my team.

Today I did my first rough of the Orbit spinner. Turns out this is exactly the kind of slow work I love most.

Thinking of filming my drawing process, would you watch?
