Full time receptionist position available

Sprint Mufflers Exhausts & Mechanical are looking for a Full Time Receptionist to join our busy Mechanic & Exhaust workshop.

Hours are Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm

Essential Skills for the roll include;
- Strong communication & organisational skills
- A self starter who can work autonomously and manage their day whilst not always supervised.
- The ability to problem solve and prioritise tasks even when under pressure.
- Capacity to multi-task and manage multiple demands simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and consistency of output.
- Works well in a team and individually.
- Experience & knowledge in computer based systems such and emails & Microsoft office.
- The ability to learn new computer based systems quickly (for example mechanic based programs with full training provided)
- Trustworthy and reliable.
- Australian driver licence

Desired by not essential:
- An understanding of the mechanical industry.

Duties Include (but not limited to)
- Greeting customers
- Answering phones
- booking in jobs
- data entry including raising invoices
- Some debtor management
- organisation of jobs & front office
- cleaning
- incoming & outgoing vehicles
- collecting payments

Above award rate & negotiable depending on experience.
