Had the best day yesterday meeting with my Sri Lankan Gem Supplier and colleagues. Got to see many beautiful things and have a taste of the gem market. SO many pretty new things selected - just an amazing day!

We don’t go looking for what’s easy to find. Round, white, “safe” — that’s not what gets us on a plane.

We hunt for the stones with a story: Argyle ch*****ne diamonds with the colour of aged wh**ky. Australian parti sapphires that shift colour depending on the light. Ceylon spinels in shades you didn’t know existed. Antique cuts with eight decades of history already behind them.

If it’s rare, if it’s unusual, if it makes you stop and ask “wait, what is that?” — that’s the one we’re bringing home.

Every stone in our collection was chosen because it’s different. Not because it’s expected.
