Hi everyone 🖐 ,I haven't put a post up for a while, I haven't disappeared, just extremely busy 🕰. My workshop focuses on mechanical clocks, yes the old fashioned type windup/spring powered and weight driven clocks like grandfather clocks. I am also one of the only workshops in North Queensland with experience in town clocks. Gps and mechanical. House calls are available from Mackay to Cairns, and regular trips to Townsville. *Over a century old* ready for another 1/4 century. I would expect this type of clock will last around 25 years between proper overhauls. 🤗. Restoring history as I go. 👍

This is something you don't expect to see. Your only as good as your last job, I work hard to ensure all jobs go out in as best possible condition for the age, and prior workmanship. I'm constantly correcting other tradespeople workmanship. In my opinion your only as good as your last job. Now, I'm far from perfect and do have some items fail for one reason or another, my guarantees are long 2 year guarantees and I make sure the customer isn't charged for any type of glitch, I work on historical items daily and see current and past workmanship, some great work and some questionable we all have different training and ways of doing things. 🧐
Regular trips to Mackay, Cairns and Townsville for mechanical clock movement restoration etc. 2 year guarantees on all overhauls (conditions apply).
