Chandra Collections is seeking a thoughtful, creative and customer-focused individual to become part of our boutique in Bangalow.
This role combines retail sales, visual merchandising, content creation and storytelling. You’ll play an important part in maintaining the feeling of our space while helping share the world of Chandra online through imagery, content and everyday moments.
This is a casual position, primarily weekends, with the opportunity for additional shifts and responsibilities as the season grows.

— In-store sales and customer experience
— Styling and assisting customers with jewellery selections
— Maintaining the beauty and presentation of the boutique
— Visual merchandising and product displays
— Receiving and unpacking new collections
— Creating content for Instagram stories, reels and posts
— Capturing beautiful moments within the boutique and our local community
— Assisting with product photography, launches and creative projects
✦ We’re Looking For Someone Who
— Has previous retail sales experience
— Is confident working independently and taking initiative
— Has a natural eye for beauty, styling, imagery and thoughtful details
— Enjoys connecting with people in a genuine and authentic way
— Is comfortable creating content and understands Instagram
— Is tech-savvy and confident learning new systems (Square experience is highly regarded)
— Is reliable, organised and communicative
— Lives locally and feels connected to the Bangalow community
— Appreciates jewellery, fashion, interiors, travel, creativity and storytelling
— Is looking for a role they can grow with, rather than a temporary stop along the way

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who feels inspired by what we’re creating and would love to become part of the journey.
We’re ideally seeking someone who can commit to the role for at least six months and is available to work weekends.
