This yellow rose was taken from Trish’s funeral. It has become a lasting reminder of a love story that will never be forgotten💛

This shadow box was created for a gentleman in memory of his wife, Trish.

The yellow rose was carefully dried and preserved from her funeral, then paired with a treasured photograph of the two of them together. Beneath them rests a personalised message that is engraved onto a metal plaque written from the heart, making this keepsake uniquely theirs.

“Together always. With all my love, Trish.”

Funeral flowers often carry deep meaning. They are present during some of life’s hardest goodbyes, becoming a symbol of love, remembrance, and the people we never stop missing.

By preserving this rose and displaying it alongside a cherished photograph, a fleeting flower has been transformed into a lasting keepsake and a reminder of a beautiful marriage, a life shared, and a love that continues beyond loss.

Creating pieces like this is always a privilege for me. Every family has a story, and every story deserves to be honoured with care.
