18 years ago, a young student named Lei walked into our boutique.
She had come to Brisbane from overseas to study and was working part-time while she was here. She told Mark she had been saving her money because she wanted to buy her mum something special before returning home... a white South Sea Pearl pendant.

Lei became one of our very first customers at Girls Love Pearls.

A few weeks ago, she walked through our door again. This time, 18 years older, with her mum beside her… and this time, seeking a Tahitian Pearl pendant.

18 years, two beautiful pearls and a very special full-circle moment.

Thank you for coming back to see us, Lei. It was an absolute pleasure to see you again!
