Maybe it’s a broken chain, a single earring missing its match, a ring you no longer wear, or a piece you’ve inherited that’s just not your style.

What a remodel! I was not sure i could create what my client asked for but we got there in the end!

The brief was organic, flowing and stone looking like it is blending into the metal - not my usual style but i do love a challenge.

After spending a few months trying to find the perfect natural alexandrite my client ended up choosing this beautiful Australian zircon sourced locally from .bypeter

The neutral tone of the stone in the gold looks so beautiful together and the way the stone sparkles! It really does go with any outfit.

We took her old gold jewellery no longer being worn an turned it into a modern heirloom and with the left over gold from the ring it was used as credit towards the cost of the remodel.

A set made using my clients own metal, lab grown alexandrite and ashes from a loved one to create the texture on the rings.

The first ring i made with the alexandrite was made with sterling silver and made to stack next to the Shoreline ring.

The Shoreline ring was made using the white gold pieces and sterling silver. It is a very interesting combination of ‘white’ metals. Even though it’s called white gold, 18ct white gold isn’t naturally as bright white as silver. Most white gold jewellery is rhodium plated to achieve that crisp white finish you often see in jewellery stores.

This ring hasn’t been rhodium plated, which allows the natural colour of the white gold to sit alongside the silver. I really like the subtle contrast between the two metals, and I think it helps highlight the shoreline effect even more.

The yellow gold pieces where not used to create these two rings they where used as credit towards the price of the remodel. More information on how you can use your old gold jewellery to make a new peice or use it as credit on my website.

This is a Mini version of the wave ring! Featuring a beautiful Australian parti sapphire.

Such a perfect pinky ring! I will be adding this to the website this week with lab diamond options and I am on the look out for some more parti sapphires this size!
