We are fortunate enough to have a wealth of experience Watsonia Baseball Club - be coachable. Ask questions.

The most important stat on a player's profile isn't their exit velocity or their ERA. It’s their "Coachable Grade." 🧠📈

A coachable ballplayer is a sponge. They ask "how can I fix it?", they listen more than they talk, and they don’t let a bad inning turn into a bad attitude. They grow because they allow themselves to be molded.

Uncoachable players act like they’ve already reached their peak. They’re defensive after a strikeout, they ignore the signs from the bench, and they think they’re above the fundamentals. That mindset is the fastest way to plateau. 🛑

Here is the truth: Your arm might get you noticed, but your heart and your ears will keep you there. If you want to play for the name on the front of the jersey, you have to listen to the person holding the clipboard. ⚾️✨
