Having completed my apprenticeship in 2011, I took a break to enjoy my daughter, then knew my calling was to continue making and creating jewellery. I specialise in remodelling your precious and treasured old gold, diamonds and other stones if possible and creating a new piece. I am available to do in-home consultations to discuss your designs, and also to quote for any repairs or restorations you may require. I have access to any kind of precious gem and diamonds that you may desire, as well as quality gold and silver chains from Australian stockists. Make some 18ct yellow gold with me ✨️

This is the process, from measuring out the right proportion of fine gold and alloy (75% fine gold and 25% alloy for 18ct), preparing ingot mold, melting, pouring and checking.

No power at the workshop today so far, so frustrating as I have so much work to do - I promise you pending repairs and makes are top priority but this is out of my hands.

Let me leave you with a gorgeous, fun helix piercing just completed, using client's gold and natural sapphires in their family's birthstone colours.

What a day! I certainly put my skates on to get this all underway...

Getting creations ready to go, leading up to Christmas, things are heating up in the workshop!

This is about a quarter of my schedule for the rest of the year, so barring me getting everything completed early, my appointments are closed for 2026.

I know there's many of you waiting on your creations and repairs, so watch this space for all things sparkly ✨️

She's a beauty 😍

I do pinch myself a lot, being privileged to design and create pieces for clients never is taken for granted.

Jo came to me with her loved 18ct yellow jewellery and inherited pieces, including the rubies. We workshopped a few different layouts and this one was her favourite. I suggested platinum side settings, which absolutely sets off the ring in a magnificent way.

This was a time consuming piece, lots of setting cut out to be done before putting all the components together. It's all in the preparation with setting, and although I'm still learning, my recent course using new tools and techniques has definitely paid off, for myself and you.

Renewing the love ❤️

Deb wanted to incorporate all of her loved pieces from her mum, family and her original engagement ring. Her wedder is engraved, so we left that exactly as is.

It never gets old to see the joy and surprise when a dream piece comes together for someone.

A beautiful upcycled piece, using some fresh gold from the refiner from Peta's unused jewellery, sentimental gold and stones.

The main bezels and clasp are in recycled 9ct rose gold, the remainder in 9ct yellow, part made new, part from loved pieces.

My captions keep disappearing as I post them, so for anyone outside of Australia, the photo below is in celebration of the AFL (Aussie Rules football) Grand Final.

It was fun to create something for a friend's GF party, we shouted, cheered, held our breath but the were pipped at the post for the win - such an awesome game though - and I don't generally watch sport!

Getting crafty with something other than jewellery, can't help myself 🤣
