Sometimes we feel like the low tide, the beautiful corals all exposed, the crabs scuttling around, and fish swimming in the calm lapping waves.
But then the tide comes in, collapsing against the rocks, scaring the fish, the thoughts are roaring in your ears again and again, but you know the tides will go out again. The storms will pass.
Like the rock pools we change with each high tide and even more so with each storm. This ring reminds me that even through the changing tides, calm will settle again, the sun will sparkle on the rippling waves again 🫶

April is sexual assault awareness month for the survivors and the supporters who help us get through the experiences faced this is your reminder that their are always people to support and talk to you.

This piece came to me in a dream our reflections shifting in the mirror the way we see ourselves change after our experiences with any trauma, it morphs and twists adds things you've never noticed before. Medusa was always beautiful and she forever will be beautiful to me she is strong and powerful just like you 🩵
