Hydroinkcairns Hydroinkcairns locally owned and operated Hydroink is a Custom Hydrographics Dipping, water transfer printing company.

The printing process is to apply decorative finishes, by dipping all types of products including plastics,glass,metals,wood and any hard surface item that that can be painted. It is then dipped into our unique tanks and custom graphics are applied. There are hundreds of different graphics and patterns available on transfer film that can be applied to your product without blemishes wrinkles or

air bubbles. The Hydrographic water transfer process provides a complete 360 degree coverage, covering ,corners, creveses,and intricate draft angles. Hydrographics is extremely durable and has been used in the Automotive,Aviation,and Marine industries for decorative custom finishes for many years due to its hardness,uv resistance, salt spray corrosion resistance and its supreme adhesion. Any item that can be put under water can be hydrographically dipped. Firstly the product will be cleaned and prepped carefully, before it is then primed and painted with many of our colour choices available. The product is then ready for dipping with the graphics transfer that is chosen. After it has been dipped, it is cured, air dried and then refined with either a matt or gloss clear finish. Our goal at Hydroink is to create custom artwork that is unique and visually appealing to every customer with our water transfer process. We have the capabilities to handle private individual customers for your one off special item or the business manufacturer that has many items needing custom graphic artwork. This truly is an amazing process, which really needs to be seen to be believed, the possibilities are endless. At Hydroink we have over 20 years’ experience in the restoration paint and custom business, with many of our jobs having been in countless magazines and on display at multiple auto shows.
