Susan creates texture and symmetry in precious metal through delicate and handcrafted jewellery. Her contemporary style captures the organic form of nature with gold, gemstones and colourful enamels. Her signature jewellery achieves this by transforming three-dimensional paint into delicate handcrafted jewellery. She has also incorporated this inspiration into custom, one-off pieces of fine jewellery. The materials used in her jewellery collections are responsibly sourced with an emphasis on the unique qualities they bring to each piece. It’s been a little while since I’ve shared here, but this piece felt like the right one to return with. ✨

Handmade a few months ago using recycled sentimental materials provided by my client, this ring carries both history and new beginnings. Carefully reworked and reshaped by hand into something contemporary, personal, and made to be worn every day.

There is something special about giving old pieces a new life by doing so I am preserving their meaning while creating something entirely unique.

Each curve was slowly refined at the bench, allowing the metal to guide the final silhouette and movement.
