Hi all. We are still extremely understaffed due to health issues. We’re not running as we usually do, and this will be the case for the next couple of weeks. Our hours are variable at the moment, it’s a huge juggle but we’re getting there. We apologise for any inconvenience. If we are unable to answer your call, please email us, our phone message system seems to be out of action as well. ☹️

To our all of our fantastic customers: Due to health issues, we need to change our opening hours and close at 4.30 for the time being. The workshop isn’t running at usual capacity at the moment, so there will be an extra wait time on orders. We apologise for any inconvenience, and hope to be back to usual soon.

We are reopening on January 9th to January 12th from 10am to 4pm for collections, drop offs and showcase sales.

We’ll return to our regular hours when our workshop reopens on 16/1. Happy New Year! 😎

Our workshop has been running 7 days a week, and we’re down to our last few Christmas orders. We’ll be closing for a holiday break at 5pm this Friday, so there’s only a couple of days to choose a special gift from our showcase. 🎄

To our wonderful customers. Our lead time for most repairs is currently 6 weeks. We’ve had a huge influx of work, and the queue is long. We may be able to complete some jobs sooner as it’s more efficient to do them all at once, but the majority are completed in the order that we receive them.

Quotes: An accurate quote takes considerable time & calculation. Every tiny element of our jewellery is hand made, and every piece is different. Quotes for some pieces can take hours, are free of charge, and we have many to do. Please be patient.

Finally. We’ve decided to continue to offer select pieces in our showcase at greatly reduced prices. Mothers Day is coming, the reductions are genuine and the value is unbeatable. If you’re looking for a unique & special handmade gift, be sure to look at what’s on offer, no waiting necessary. There is only one of each.
