Buschmann's Villa, an acre of garden created from largely recycled & repurposed plants & curiosities featuring bromeliads galore set on picturesque Coochiemudlo Island. Friede has created this garden as a labour of love dedicated to her mother Ruth Buschmann (which translates to "the man in the bush"). Coochiemudlo has dry sandy soil so the garden uses many water saving features & hardy plants designing an attractive & interesting garden suited to the Brisbane's harsh conditions.
