For years, the jewellery in her box had been chosen for her.

This time, she wanted to choose for herself.

We melted down her old pieces and transformed them into something completely her own — designed around her taste, with three stones representing her three daughters and all the perfect imperfections of something made by hand.

There’s something pretty powerful about reaching a point where you know what you like, what you want to keep, and what you’re ready to change.

Sometimes recycling old jewellery isn’t about preserving what it was.

It’s about deciding what you want it to become ♻️💫

just because the relationship ended, doesnt mean you have to stop wearing the jewellery 💍 my client brought me her old engagement set because who wouldnt want to keep wearing this stunning sapphire stone?! she got a credit for the gold setting that it was in and put that towards the cost of making this incredible signet ring 💫 this is exactly what my jewellery recycling initiative was made for - turning old stories into new ones.

Please, for the love of small business and independent design - don't believe everything you read 🙄 Take the time to do a bit of a deep dive into the jewellery brands thay you love to make sure they are actually doing what they claim online. It's so easy to whack a sustainable or ethical claim on a website banner, without true transparency. Consider this your permission to ask the questions and question the answers 💫
