Has anyone got a favourite plate that they have used in their Mosaics? This is mine! I cannot tell you how many different Mosaics utilised sections of this plate! I used it when creating my Wishing tree for the pond water and the green grass!💕😁
I loved the textures that came through on The Wishing Tree! Hand made pottery was used in the sky and the tree bark. I created the tree bark and hot air balloon, playing with clay. Potter friends gave me some of the sky the mushroom, bird and rabbits. The owl was a metal book mark. I created the white daisies out of white crockery, but cut the other petals out of scrap glass. I like to cut flowers off crockery, to use in my mosaics. A metal bird is added top left corner and the butterfly was harvested from a polymer decoration.
