The ever-wise says something close to this: healing is a highly subversive act. 🍃 Some truths belong to everyone. In a society this disconnected, this normalized around stress and overwork and chronic illness, choosing to actually get well is an act of resistance. 🕊️

How does hearing that make you feel on a visceral level?
They can spend as many billions as they want trying to convince us otherwise, but we know the body is made to heal itself. We just have to stop interrupting it. Healing isn’t something to impose, fix, or perform. It moves outward from us, like an herb that simultaneously reaches toward the sun, while changing the soil below it. 🌱

Without overthinking, answer me this: What does healing look like in your life right now? Not the destination. The daily act of striving to be well in a sick society. 🤍

During this three hour workshop we will:

💫 Journey through transformative Kundalini Yoga kriyas designed to awaken your inner radiance - a luminous energy that is self-generating and deeply renewing.
💫 Re-set the body, mind and spirit for sovereignty, radiance and beauty beyond chronology, through chanting, meditation, breath work, & movement.
