A wonderful achievement for Chantelle Green from Calleija’s talented Design Team, who has once again been named a finalist in the 9th Diamond Guild Australia Jewellery Awards, this time in the Diamonds for Men category.

With John Calleija’s guidance and encouragement, Chantelle continues to have the opportunity to push her creativity and bring her unique design vision to life.

Following her previous win in this category, Chantelle returns with her striking creation, ‘INVERSARI’ – inspired by the concept of feathers as adornment, signifying hope, status, grace and spirituality. The brooches are inverted reflections of each other and reminiscent of the Art Deco era.

We are incredibly proud to see Chantelle’s talent recognised once again among Australia’s finest jewellery designers. ✨

Winners will be revealed on Tuesday, 13 October 2026, at the Diamond Guild Australia Jewellery Awards Gala, held at the iconic Museum of Contemporary Art Australia (MCA) in Sydney.

Celebrating emerging talent at Calleija. ✨

We are delighted to see Braeden Anson, our talented Apprentice, named a finalist in the 9th Diamond Guild Australia Jewellery Awards in the Emerging Talent category for his striking creation, ‘FOLIÉ’.

With John Calleija’s guidance and mentorship, and surrounded by the expertise of Calleija’s Workshop of 12 incredibly talented artisans, Braeden has been encouraged to explore his creativity, develop his skills and bring his own ideas to life through this unique pair of earrings.

A beautiful expression of creativity, craftsmanship and contemporary jewellery design, ‘FOLIÉ’ reflects Braeden’s distinctive vision and exciting talent.

‘FOLIÉ’
18ct White and Rose Gold natural White and Ch*****ne Diamond set drop earrings, featuring cloud and hummingbird motifs. Drawing inspiration from the concept and contrast between fragility and destructive force, the earrings feature repeating cloud motifs in both unplated and Black Rhodium-Plated White Gold, set with natural White Diamonds to represent the hue associated with thunderclouds. Ch*****ne Diamonds bring colour and life to the hummingbirds.

We are incredibly proud to see his work recognised among this year’s finalists and look forward to watching his creative journey unfold.

Congratulations to Chantelle Green, one of Calleija’s incredibly talented Designers, on being named a finalist in the 9th Diamond Guild Australia Jewellery Awards in the Design for Diamonds category.

Chantelle was given the opportunity by Calleija to explore her creativity and design something truly extraordinary. She has been recognised for her exquisite design, ‘CONTINUUM’ – inspired by the concept of a wave, exploring the notion of 'over, under, and through'.

The winners will be announced on Tuesday, 13 October 2026, at the Diamond Guild Australia Jewellery Awards Gala, taking place at the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia (MCA) in Sydney.

Calleija & Cherish: Making a Difference Together

For the third year, Calleija was proud to support the Cherish Women’s Cancer Foundation at their Fundraising Lunch at The Langham, Gold Coast on Friday, 4 September.

Together, an incredible $473,770 was raised to support vital gynaecological cancer research and clinical trials.

Calleija donated an Aadi Argyle Pink Diamond™ Pendant to the Diamonds for Hope raffle, along with our Oleander Morganite and White Diamond Drop Earrings for the live auction.

The Oleander earrings were beautifully modelled by Calleija’s Marketing Manager, Louise, with John Calleija, Kirsty Donison, Executive Assistant to John Calleija, and Calleija designer Chantelle Green joining Nikki Frame on stage for the live auction.

When two bidders were both hoping to take home the same pair of Oleander earrings, John made the generous decision on the day to offer a second pair, allowing both bidders to take home the earrings. Together, the two pairs raised an incredible $30,000 for Cherish.

Together with our other fundraising efforts, Calleija was incredibly proud to help raise more than $42,000 for Cherish.

A very special congratulations to Nikki Frame for her incredible energy, enthusiasm and auctioneering skills, which helped make the fundraising such a wonderful success. And a heartfelt acknowledgement to the amazing team behind Cherish. Founded in 2012 by Professor Andreas Obermair, Cherish Women’s Cancer Foundation continues to make a meaningful difference through its commitment to supporting women affected by gynaecological cancer. An incredible team of people doing incredible things.

It was a privilege for the Calleija team to be part of such a meaningful afternoon, and to stand alongside Cherish in supporting their vital work.
