What’s On The Bench?

Not every watch that arrives on Bruno’s bench is a simple service.

This beautiful vintage Arta Antimagnet has a story to tell. Presented in May 1963, it’s now in for a full restoration and service to bring it back to life while preserving the character that makes it so special.

From the aged dial and acrylic crystal to the movement hidden inside, every component will be carefully assessed, cleaned, repaired where needed, and reassembled with the attention these vintage timepieces deserve.

There’s something incredibly rewarding about helping a watch that has been part of someone’s journey for more than 60 years tick on for the next generation.

We can’t wait to show you the finished result.

This Omega has arrived on Bruno’s bench for a full service.

At first glance it may look like everything is ticking along nicely, but the real story is hidden beneath the case back. Over time, oils dry out, components wear, and dirt finds its way into even the finest movements. That’s why regular servicing is so important.

This Omega will now be completely dismantled, cleaned, inspected, reassembled, lubricated and regulated before undergoing extensive testing to ensure it’s performing as it should.
