Ingredients | Serves 1
45ml VKAT Vanilla
30ml Orange Glades
90ml Pineapple juice
30ml Lime juice
20ml Orgeat
Soda water
Pineapple and edible flowers for garnish

Directions |
Add ingredients to cocktail shaker with a handful of ice. Shake then pour into glass over fresh ice and top up with soda water. Garnish with pineapple and edible flowers.

Ingredients | Serves 1
1 small seasonal mandarin (we used Amorette)
30ml VKAT Black Label
30ml Orange Glades
15ml Black Liquorice Glades (adjust to taste)
15ml Lemon juice
15ml Simple syrup
10ml Grenadine

Directions |
Cut mandarin through the segments and muddle in cocktail shaker. Add other ingredients with a handful of ice and shake until chilled. Double strain into martini glass and garnish with mandarin slice and star anise.

lemonade? Just add a shot of VKAT and some sparkling water to homemade lemonade and you have our refreshing Lemonade Fizz!

60ml VKAT Original
Juice of one lemon (approx 60ml)
30ml Simple syrup
Sparkling water
Lemon wheels and mint for garnish
Ice

Add VKAT Original, lemon juice and simple syrup to glass. Add ice, top up with sparkling water and garnish with lemon and mint!

Ingredients | Serves 1
45ml Vanilla VKAT
45ml Raspberry VKAT
20ml Raspberry syrup
30ml lemon juice
30mls cream or coconut cream
30mls your milk of choice

Directions |
Rim glass with chocolate syrup and broken chocolate egg. Add ingredients to cocktail shaker with a handful of ice. Shake then pour into glass. Garnish with a fresh raspberry.

Today we bring you a favourite with a watermelon twist! Delicious and refreshing, it’s worth the muddle 😋

Ingredients | Serves 1
30ml white rum
30ml Watermelon Glades liqueur
2 tsp sugar
½ Lime, cut into wedges
A handful of mint
Watermelon and mint for garnish

Directions |
Add rum and Watermelon Glades liqueur to glass with mint, lime and sugar, and muddle. Top with sparkling water and stir. Add garnish and enjoy!

Friday Flashback! 🍸
Today we are reposting a recipe by It’s a cheesecake with lychee jelly shots, and a lychee martini. Enjoy!

Cheesecake with Lychee Jelly Shots (& a Lychee Martini on the side) ⬇️

Cream cheese 500g
Lemon juice and zest of on lemon
Gelatine 3tsp
Condensed milk 250g
Set jelly with a couple of shots of Glades Lychee liqueur added (whatever colour, or all the colours 🌈)
Butterscotch biscuits and butter for the base

Berry lychee martini ⬇️
Muddle 1/4 cup of fresh raspberries in a cocktail shaker
Pour 75ml Glades Lychee liqueur
Add 45mLs of vodka
Add ice and shake vigorously
