The one working quietly behind the scenes, lifting, planting, prepping, and creating the incredible produce that goes into each bottle. The man who quite literally created the hot sauce range that has become so popular. The man who tastes everything I make with a smile on his face.

I truly couldn’t run this business without him. His hard work, patience, and constant support make it all possible.
