"Decided to replace an aging retractable clothesline on our apartment balcony. After a disastrous 3 month experience with a so-called professional clothesline installation company, we finished up with a wall of holes, still no retractable clothesline installed and being told it couldn't be installed on the concrete wall. The installer obviously didn't have the right tools (or attitude), because we then contacted Aussie Clotheslines and Brandon installed the clothesline within 15 minutes!
