My best friend. The kind of love of we only get to experience a handful of times in our life. My soul dog.

Our girl unexpectedly and very rapidly left us yesterday and I'm absolutely shattered.

Zara, I'm a better person, a more patient person, because of you darling girl. I already miss so greatly, your tippy taps following me through every room.

KINDRED. This is a quick sneak peek at an upcoming collection I've been working on.

Still here, still creating, just at a different pace.
Thank you so much to everyone whose been super patient with me this last month while I've adjusted to working in full-time job and running and making for Jane finch.
I'm starting to find the sweet spot, and find some inspo for Jane Finch.

Cut off dates for Christmas orders will be early December, so please get in early 🖤

Once that date hits, I'll be taking the website offline for a few weeks to do a total refresh of it, and what's available, which I'm really excited for.

Meanwhile,

The warehouse/studio now houses my hobbies aswell as the business. It keeps it functional for me and somewhere to hangout on my weekends off the day job 😅 so don't be surprised if you pop in for an appointment or class and you find gorgeous furniture in refinishing progress over here 😂

I've made the tough call to unfortunately withdraw from the final and largest event of the year, big design @ the end of November in melbs.

Presently, I'm not sure what my plans are for 2026 but right now there's no events booked, and I won't be attending any smaller markets.

2025 has been very chaotic for me and has thrown me alot of curve balls. One I didn't anticipate was having to get an additional full time job to support myself (dw it's the coolest and I love it).

I had a realisation that if I pushed through the bad gut feelings I was having, and stayed on board to attend BD — I wasn't going to be showing up fully.

Over the last couple of years I've averaged 15 events per year and have travelled all up and down the east coast of Aust attending these events, and I'm so lucky and grateful to have been apart of it all. I've connected with so many inspiring and beautiful people, from event staff, to small business owners and attendees, and I'm honoured to be apart of the event family.

I'm giving myself some time away to recalibrate and reset and next year I'll see where we are. Who knows ✨
