It is the next chapter of the family business run by the Birt's for over 35 years. Adrian Birt's father, Colin, was a watchmaker and started his business in Eltham then moved to Ivanhoe, followed by the opening of a shop at Warringal Shopping Centre in Heidelberg 25 years ago.
