📣One week until our work experience program is LIVE 📣

Bloom with us is a 7 week program that aims to equip you with everything you need to score your first job (including work experience!).

Here’s what you’ll learn:

🌼 How to build a standout resume and cover letter
🌼 Customer service essentials
🌼 How to navigate job search sites and find entry-level roles that suit you
🌼 Stocktake, packaging, and order handling
🌼 How to nail a job interview with confidence

And in our final week, you’ll put it all into action at a real market stall — showing off everything you’ve learned!

Starts Thursday 22nd of October
9:30am – 12:30pm

One-on-one peer mentoring available on Mondays

Guess what? We are hiring!!!

We are on the look out for a new Senior Peer Mentor to join our team. This isn’t just a job. It’s a chance to bring your lived experience, your culture, and your care into work that actually matters.

There are two core parts to this role; leading community engagement to connect with young CALD women, and providing direct peer mentoring and coaching to support them.

You’ll build trust-based relationships with young women and provide one-on-one peer support and coaching. You will also connect with young women in the community who have caring responsibilities, acting as a trusted, consistent “home base” they can return to over time for support.
