Welcome to Ossey Crawford Jewellery, where handmade jewellery and unique, high-quality enamel pieces come to life. My name is Ossey Crawford, and I am a jewellery designer and maker based in the picturesque Adelaide Hills of South Australia. With a background in jewellery manufacturing and passion for all things unique and colourful, I have found my niche in the world of enamel jewellery.
My inspiration for my designs comes from my love of nature, travel, culture and architecture. The beauty of the Adelaide Hills, where I live, provides me with a natural backdrop for my designs. As a plant and animal lover, I find myself constantly inspired by the natural world and the intricate patterns and shapes that can be found in nature. My travels have exposed me to different cultures and architecture, influencing my work and feeding my passion for design.
My brand is dedicated to creating one-of-a-kind enamelled pieces for people who appreciate wearable art. I work primarily with semi-precious and precious metals, including fine silver, sterling silver, gold, gemstones, and vitreous enamel powder. The enamel powder used in my work is of the highest quality and is sourced from Japan, the United States and Europe.
Enamelling is a challenging process that is time consuming and requires a lot of patience. As a maker, I am committed to attention to detail and ensuring that each piece I create is of the highest quality. I work on each piece from start to finish ensuring that each process is done carefully.
I am proud of my work and I always look for ways to improve and evolve my designs. I am passionate about creating a unique and high-quality enamelled jewellery and I am committed to sharing my love for this art form with others.
