The second Full Moon of May (May 31, 2026, at 6:45 PM Melbourne time AEST) rises in Sagittarius this weekend, bringing with it a rare Blue Moon and an invitation to trust yourself a little more deeply.

Sagittarius is the seeker of truth. It reminds us that wisdom isn't only found in books, experts, or certainty. Often, it is found in the quiet knowing within us.

This Full Moon may illuminate beliefs, patterns, or fears that have been sitting beneath the surface. You may suddenly see a situation more clearly, feel called in a new direction, or find yourself questioning what no longer feels aligned.

And while that can feel uncomfortable, Sagittarius offers a gentle reminder:
You have walked into the unknown before.

Think about the moments when you said yes before you felt ready. The times you followed a feeling in your heart even when your mind wanted certainty. You didn't just survive those moments. You grew because of them.

Perhaps this moon is asking you to release the belief that you need all the answers before taking the next step.

Real safety doesn't come from controlling every outcome. It comes from knowing yourself well enough to trust that whatever unfolds, you will find your footing.

This Full Moon invites us to let go of fear-based stories, reconnect with our inner truth, and remember that self-trust is built one small act of courage at a time.

✨ A question to consider this full moon:
Where in your life are you being asked to trust yourself more deeply?

Our emotions are messengers.

When we stop fighting them, hiding, escaping, repressing them, they start to tell us what matters most.

Just witnessing how we feel can move us through the pain. We don’t need to fix or analyse.

I ask myself: What do you want me to know?
And then I listen, with patience and without judgement.. The same way I'd sit with a friend sharing something hard.

Curiosity creates space where judgement used to be.

Gemini season carries the energy of curiosity and it's an invitation to turn that curiosity inward.

To learn about yourself rather than judge what you feel.

We often want a definitive answer.

The safety of a “right answer.”

But often there isn’t a right answer, especially when it comes to how we feel.
Gemini, symbolised by the twins, is often associated with duality, the ability to hold multiple perspectives at once.

And Gemini season offers a reminder that two things can be true at once.

You can be healing and still hurting.
You can feel lost and still trust yourself.
You can crave rest and long for change.
You can love your life and want something more.
You can be whole and still be unfolding.

Self-trust isn't built by forcing certainty or choosing one side over another.
It grows when all parts of ourselves are allowed to belong.

This Gemini season, Howlite is a gentle companion.
Often associated with Gemini energy, Howlite is known as a stone of calm, patience and quieting mental noise. When the mind is pulling in many directions or searching for certainty, it offers a reminder to slow down and soften.

Not everything needs to be resolved straight away.

Sometimes clarity comes not from choosing one truth over another, but from creating enough stillness to hold both.

Yesterday my dad became ill and was taken to hospital.

I acknowledged my fear and breathed in hope and love.

I happened to be wearing 3 malas that day - bloodstone, black tourmaline and labradorite.

I took off my bloodstone beads - the stone of courage and a talisman of good health and I slipped it on his wrist. In that action I passed on the energy of love, courage and good health.

Later when I returned home, my youngest son was upset. I took him in my arms, gave him a hug and a kiss and placed the black tourmaline beads on his wrist. In that action I passed on the energy of protection, positivity and grounding

And the labradorite stayed with me. A stone of intuition and inner strength, a reminder to trust myself through the unknown.

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is show up with love, with intention, and with whatever we have to give.

This is what these beads are for. 💖

Behind every “calm, grounded” post is approximately 37 attempts, sneezes, and forgetting basic words 😅

Turns out creating things is a mix of inspiration… and wondering what your face is doing.

Please tell me I'm not alone….

We’re moving through Autumn. The leaves are letting go without resistance. It’s a quiet reminder that change is the only constant.

But change isn't easy when we're biologically wired for safety. We often try to escape the discomfort because we don't yet trust in the unfolding.

When we can let go, that space is where clarity appears.

Bloodstone is a stone of courage for exactly these moments. It encourages you to stay present rather than ruminate on the past or worry about the future and reminds you that chaos precedes transformation.

Energetically, bloodstone grounds and centres, bringing calm, clarity and creativity to a heart navigating change.

"Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate." — Carl Jung

This is one of my favourite quotes.

It always strikes me as strange how easily we judge each other. It's like we're all wearing glasses with a different colour tint, seeing the world through our own lens, then telling others they're seeing the wrong colour.

Everyone is perceiving the world through their own set of experiences, beliefs, values and personality. We are all seeing something different through the same situation.

So other than calling out harm, why do we judge each other?

Self-awareness is how we learn what colour glasses we're wearing.

Presence is the space where that awareness grows.

And through that awareness, we start to see through a lens of compassion, judging ourselves and others a little less, and finding more calm and peace in our lives.

I've found it's one of the most impactful things I can do. 💚
