Unfolding • Issue N.01
Our first studio collection since bringing Bamba back.
Handmade, imperfect, and alive. Each piece shaped by hand, layer by layer, over weeks of trial, waiting, and unfolding.
This collection is not about speed. It is about process. It’s about falling with your creativity again regardless of the adversity.
About the quiet hours in the studio when the resin refuses to cure, when the silver leaf creases, when something finally clicks.
Every fold, every finish, carries time inside it. It also carries healing, determination and love for what I do.
Because at Bamba, we don’t rush what’s meant to unfold slowly.
S**T TAKES TIME.

I am Shaz, Spanish born and breed in San Sebastian, Guipuzcoa. North of Spain. Close to France. We don't dance flamenco up there, we don't eat paella everyday and yes, my name is Sharon.
I came to Melbourne to visit my sister for a 6 month “getaway” and from that momento (2012) till now I lived and still living a super beautiful, challenging and sometimes ugly love story with my beloved chosen hometown.
I was never a "good student". I guess being a creative is what made me a "bad student". My brain didn't work as everyone else. I found myself lost, barely passing very bloody boring subjects and being good at what you are supposed to be good at.
Since I was born everybody could tell I had my hands in many pies and that didn't change at all, instead the pies became bigger and bigger. I started experimenting and taking projects as a fashion stylist and art direction, singing, performing comedy, shoe painting and helping others to grow their brands as a fashion curator.
You can tell by now...I am a multidisciplinary artist!!! (LOL)
I love to create. I love accessories and I have been working in fashion (my true love) since forever.
After working helping emerging designers making their way into the retail world, I decided I wanted to create a free minded space and a little brand myself. I quit my job and started Bamba Bamba Collective, with the aim of bringing together amazing women creatives throughout my platform and allow myself to be the creative I wanted to be without pretending or doing what other people tell me so.
Bamba Bamba Collective is my little heaven on earth. A place to get lost in colour and statement pieces to uplift your day while you dance "la bamba" as if there was no tomorrow.
My culture is my identity, colour is my world, and accessories are my jam.
