I wasn’t feeling my best yesterday, so today is the day I finally get to reveal this beautiful piece.

❤️The Asian Temple Necklace 💚

Rich in symbolism, temple-inspired jewellery can represent spirituality, protection and good fortune.

I only wish the video could capture its true beauty! The light outside wasn’t ideal, and the camera simply couldn’t do this solid necklace justice. Trust me, it is even more beautiful in real life, where you can truly appreciate every detail, its warmth and its intricate sparkle. ✨

Lately, I’ve been seeing more and more jewellery coming into my workshop for repairs that has been made with inferior metals, under-carat materials despite being stamped, and hollow or very lightweight construction.

And the sad part? Some of these pieces simply aren’t made to withstand everyday life — and when something goes wrong, the online seller may not be there to repair, explain or take responsibility.

This is where bespoke jewellery and attention to detail make a difference. 💎

At Tindrah, I look beyond the sparkle. I look at the metal, the construction, the strength, the setting and how the piece will actually be worn.

💍✨ LET’S TALK ABOUT RING RESIZING! ✨💍

Did you know your fingers can change size throughout the day and with the seasons? 🤔

☀️ Summer: When the weather heats up, your fingers can swell due to heat and fluid retention. Your favourite ring might suddenly feel a little too tight!

❄️ Winter: When temperatures drop, your fingers can shrink, making your ring feel loose and sometimes even slip off.

💍 So, what’s the secret? Finding a happy medium!
A ring should fit comfortably enough to stay on your finger, but still allow you to remove it without a wrestling match!

Ideally, it should slide over your knuckle with a little resistance and sit comfortably once in place.

Resizing can help, but constantly changing the size isn’t always practical. Every resize involves working with the metal, and repeated cutting, soldering and reshaping can put additional stress on the ring.

Some designs, settings and intricate patterns are also much more complicated to resize than others.

✨ My advice from the Tindrah workshop? Don’t rush to resize your ring just because it feels a little different on a hot summer day or a chilly winter morning. Let’s find that happy medium together!

Your jewellery deserves the right fit, a little TLC and a jeweller who understands how important it is to keep your precious pieces safe. ❤️

White metals such as white gold and platinum can beautifully enhance the way diamonds look because their bright, reflective surface helps bounce light back into the stones. 💎✨

And that’s one of the reasons I love creating bespoke diamond earrings..

Different diamond sizes sitting together create a beautiful rhythm — the symmetry flows naturally from one stone to the next, giving the earrings movement, balance and that gorgeous “more sparkle, please!” effect. ✨
