Sanyou baijiu is the oldest and most awarded baijiu 100% made and aged outside of China.
Made in Tasmania using local grains and water and aged in the perfect Tasmanian environment in the traditional clay pots.
Our current release has spent over 3 years in the clay pots where its flavour has developed into something special.

2025 is well underway and we've been busy bottling and shipping our baijiu all over Australia.
The best part of being a part of Sanyou is the stories we hear from our customers; for some it is just a delicious traditional Australian baijiu, for others it is a way of connecting their two homes of China and Australia and for others it is a way to connect generations through sharing a drink with their father, mother, uncle, aunty, grandfather, grandmother or even a friend they have not seen in a long time.
Whatever the reason there is one thing for sure, Tasmania's water, grains and environment do something special to the traditional baijiu making and aging process and the baijiu that it makes is amazing.
