Designed and built to meet our customer’s exact touring requirements, this custom tray and canopy package delivers the ultimate combination of functionality, storage, and off-grid capability. The build features a complete Prowire Auto Electrics 12V system, Bushman 85L fridge, slide-out pantry, integrated drawer and bench combination unit, removable storage drawer, dedicated gas bottle and jerry can storage, spare wheel carrier, and a trundle drawer with removable lid, creating the perfect platform for BBQ and camp cooking.

Supporting extended adventures, the canopy is equipped with a 60L water tank and pump system, while customer-supplied accessories including a 23ZERO rooftop tent and 270-degree awning were integrated to complete the setup. Purpose-built for touring, this customised solution maximises storage, accessibility, and comfort wherever the journey leads.

Here’s a bit of inspiration for ya. 11th of May this year, this old fella kicked over 50 years of being in business. Same workshop, same small business mindset. 11th of May was also his 76th bday….. and he’s still up and running. A bloody good achievement. Celebrating with a beer at our second home Barmah after Melbourne beats the hawks is golden! Cheers Dad….. or as the boys would say, good on ya William. 😂

The little jobs that float in amongst the complete builds I do are just as important. Terry wanted a set of front and rear boxes to suit his existing tray so out came the tape measure and we completed a set of boxes that bolts straight to the existing provisions. Complete with superior quality compression locks, a full gutter around each opening, and fitted with oversized rubber seals, these boxes are designed to be useful and stand the test of time. Finished in 058 Toyota white to match.

A simplistic yet stealthy build for our return customer Chez.

Chassis mount design to save weight.

incorporating an existing under bonnet 12v power setup to run a new 85litre upright, dimmable strip lights, and an array of power/usb sockets

Adding a quarter section dog box for her two devils

Removable and multi positioned shelves

Spare wheel and jerry holder

Under tray 60litre water tank and pump system.

We also fitted a supplied 200w solar panel and awning.

A new lease on life for this hilux build. Built in 2021 for an n70 hilux, Dez has found himself one of the last runout n80 hilux’s left in the country. A credit to Dez for looking after his build for the past 5 years. A fresh lick of black, and factory paint match on the canopy and toolbox doors and it may as well be brand new again!
