A little glimpse of a new design I created today in my studio.
I’ve been playing with the soft pretty Rose Quartz and the rich tones of Garnet. For something special I added a solid silver heart I made from recycled silver as a charm, perhaps this combination might lead to a new collection….

This week I have been drawn to garnet.

Sketching ideas, selecting gemstones and beads, and designing new necklaces and bracelets.

From soft pinks to deep ruby reds, garnet reveals an incredible range of natural colour, with each stone bringing its own character to a design.

I was lucky enough to buy these last weekend. They are over 50years old. Apparently an old jeweller had them in his collection. Super lovely colours!!
