I just had someone ask if I am still here! Yes we are… well, I am anyway 😅 although I am not as great at posting on my socials these days. ANYWAY.

I have these beautiful photos that I am LONG overdue to share from my past bride Amy. Amy was so much fun to work with and I simply loved the bright colours.

Note the bouquet toss, Amy had a fall apart toss bouquet, where it’s untied as a surprise for the guests and then single roses fly through the air

Sadly we lost my stepfather on Sunday after a 2 year battle with motor nuerone disease. Thanks for your patience and understanding at this time.

It is with great sadness that we share that Shane Lewis passed away peacefully at home today in Alexandra (Sunday 19th April 2026), with his wife Marlene Answer-Lewis by his side, surrounded by his dogs and family.

After a two year battle with Motor Neurone Disease, Shane faced everything with courage. While the disease took so much from him, he never lost his sense of humour, which stayed with him right through to the end.

Shane was a much loved husband, father, grandfather, friend. We are incredibly grateful that he was able to be at home, where he wanted to be, in his final moments.

We will miss him more than words can say, but take comfort in knowing he is at peace.

His funeral will be held on Friday 24th April at Murrindindi Chapel, 21 Johnston St Alexandra at 11am, followed by a burial at Alexandra Cemetery.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Shane and our family through this time. It has meant more than we can ever express.

If you know someone dealing with something that makes YOU uncomfortable then please don’t forget to still check in and say hello, don’t worry about saying or doing the wrong thing. Because the reality is saying nothing and far worse.

This beauty is heading off to the bride today!

Handmade ivory and off-white ruffle flowers, overlaid with sparkling brooches. The bride loves silver, but we added touches of gold to tie in the three special items she asked to include, as well as to complement her jewellery tone for the day.

I’m so excited to get this shipped and can’t wait to share full photos later this year after the wedding!
