I did a scarey thing!
After 15 happy years, I made the decision to leave Aristocrat Boarding Cattery to follow my dream of living a more creative life.

I feel very blessed to have been able to hang out with so many beautiful kitties and get paid for it! I mean who gets to do that? So it was a really hard decision to leave, but I can visit for cat cuddles any time so it's not so bad.

I'm really not sure where this will take me, but i'm excited to find out as I start this new chapter. More art of course, but I also want to give back by sharing my process and maybe teaching.

Watch this space I guess 😘

Adding acrylic medium to give a nice even base before sealing. Still got the edges to do as well 🙃

So is it finished? I've been just leaving it for over a week now, and still unsure.

I'm thinking about just adding some subtle glazing to give more depth.

Let me know what you think 😘
