Did you know that you need to ensure that your smoke alarms are compliant before you transfer your property? One of the requirements is that your smoke alarm must less than 10 years old. How do you tell? Open the cover and there will be a sticker that will show you the year that the smoke alarm is due to be replaced. I've put an example below. The second photo is just for a giggle.

Would you like to go into the draw to win our Easter hamper?

It's choc-full of all sorts of goodies including a Easter bucket (just so you can hunt for more eggs), a plush lamb, rabbit ears and tail, boxed Lindt chocolates, Cadbury eggs (assorted sizes), Lindt eggs, mini eggs, Lindt bunnies and a GIANT chocolate rabbit.

There are a number of ways to be in the draw. Simply do one of the following (just one):

Did you know that anyone can walk into Landgate and search your name and that your name may be linked to your current residential address? Some members of the public don't want these details revealed for a number of reasons, including domestic violence situations or because of the work that they do (eg. they're a police officer). Many people have their name suppressed on the electoral role, but did you know that you can apply to Landgate to have your personal details suppressed? It's easy, particularly if you're details are suppressed by the electoral commission. If you feel that you need to have your details suppressed with Landgate, just contact Absolutely Settlements.
