Retail Assistant – Prosser & Co Manufacturing Jewellers

Prosser & Co Manufacturing Jewellers is a proudly family-owned business, and we’re looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated person to join our team.

This is a part-time position (approximately 22.5 hours per week), with the potential to become full-time for the right candidate.

About the role:
You’ll be working both independently and alongside our small team, assisting customers, supporting daily retail operations, and learning the unique skills involved in the jewellery manufacturing industry.

We’re looking for someone who:

* Has retail experience
* Has a friendly, outgoing personality
* Can work independently as well as part of a team
* Is motivated, reliable, and trustworthy
* Is comfortable using a computer
* Is eager to learn new skills

What we offer:

* A supportive, family-oriented workplace
* Opportunity to learn specialised jewellery industry skills
* Potential for growth into a full-time position

Start: ASAP

I want to say the biggest thank you to our beautiful, thoughtful staff for this incredibly special gift.

You created this photo of my mum with my baby — something I never thought I’d get to see — and it means more to me than words can express. My mum passed away just one hour before we found out we were pregnant, so she never knew she had another grandchild on the way.

To be given this image, bringing them together in a way that never got to happen in real life, has touched my heart so deeply. Your kindness, compassion, and thoughtfulness will never be forgotten. This is something I will treasure forever ❤️
