families come together to harvest golden grass — a rare, natural fibre that only grows in this region.

The process begins in nature.
Under the sun, men, women, and even children walk through the fields, carefully collecting the grass by hand.

Nothing is rushed.
Nothing is wasted.

The grass is only harvested during the right season,
so it can grow back again — protecting the land for future generations.

Then, it’s taken home.

the weaving begins.
