Sometimes you’re so busy trying to keep everything moving that you forget to stop and look at how far you’ve actually come.

This past month has been a massive reminder of that for me. Another collection released into the world, another incredible live sale and so much love shown to the pieces I’ve poured myself into. 🥹✨

Wild Bijou Soul has grown alongside me through every version of myself—the inspired one, the overwhelmed one, the determined one and the one who’s been only just holding her s**t together.

Through all the chaos and curveballs, this little creative space continues to hold me, heal me and remind me of who I am.

So right now, I’m allowing myself to pause, breathe and feel really fu***ng proud. 🤎

Some days you’re carrying more than you let anyone see.

The hurt, the frustration, the things you can’t fix and the conversations you’re not ready to have.

So today, I turned TOOL up loud and danced it out.

Not because everything is suddenly okay… but because sometimes you need to move the heaviness through your body instead of letting it live there. 🖤🤘

Music has always been therapy for me and today, I really fu***ng needed it.

It might not be the typical 9–5… but honestly, I think I’ve created the perfect little world for me. 🤎✨

It’s the kind of connection where a week can pass…
a month…
even a year…

and when you’re finally back together, nothing has changed.

No awkwardness.
No keeping score.
No “you didn’t check on me enough.”
No needing to constantly prove the friendship exists.

Just the same energy.
The same laughs.
The same ridiculous dancing. 😂

Because some friendships don’t need constant validation.

You just know where you stand with each other. 🤎
