Hong Kong, let’s do this.

Last month, I went on a whirlwind gemstone sourcing trip to JGW.

Paraiba tourmaline. Spessartine garnet. Ruby. Peridot. Ridiculous diamonds.

And the EMERALDS. Truly incredible emeralds.

Of course, I couldn’t come home empty-handed. A few special finds are now back in the boutique, just in time for Christmas handcrafting.

If you asked me why I love handcrafting jewellery, I’d show you these images.

Taking a beautiful gemstone (like this 14.89ct oval blue sapphire) and an idea, then figuring out how to bring the two together by hand.

That process never gets old.
