Some people wonder what I do for work, let me tell you- I get to help people uncover their potential and guide them to work towards it. These guys have been training with me for a while now at South Coast Circus and have been steadily working on these skills in isolation so to help them connect them together in a fun and safe environment was lovely.

Learning to flyaway in under an hour! This was amazing work done by Aadyn, it took a lot of courage and commitment but he got it done.

I've always wanted to teach this move with minimal body-body spotting so the use of the mat and harness in this way is phenomenal and something not many will ever experience.

Parkour Adventures is excited to announce we've been collaborating behind the scenes with two local businesses to bring you an exciting event!

On Sunday March 1st, we'll be hosting a collab event for free

Come be rewarded by your body for experiencing Parkour, Calisthenics, and embracing challenges.

This is a free event designed to meet you where you are at in your journey and give you something new to try

Check out these legends!
These cool kids have been learning Parkour for over a year now and continue to love it, as one of them said recently "its so tiring but so fun, but tiring, but fun..." it's such a pleasure to help these kids and kids like them learn how to control their bodies, how to become stronger, more capable and resilient, to express themselves and ask for help when they need it, and so much more!

I can't wait to see how much these kids achieve!
