I don’t share this kind of thing often.

But something about this season has made me want to be honest about what it actually looks like to run a business from inside a growing family. The contact naps. The 2am emails. The guilt that shows up whether I’ve earned it or not. The strange feeling of watching something I built continue to grow while my role inside it quietly changes.

It’s messier than it looks from the outside. And more meaningful than I could have predicted when I started.

If you’ve been patient with us during longer turnaround times or slower replies, this is me saying thank you. Genuinely. It means more than you know.
