The sound that plays in my head anytime I put on a pair of boots 😂😂 did some hard core “new boot goofin” today in my new boots in violet. I have wanted a pair of these since FOREVER and they’ve definitely already got a work out this weekend. Who says mowing the lawns can’t be a fashionable occasion 😜 not only are these going to be my “around the house” boots I’m thinking I can style these a million different ways with some fun outfits too so stay tuned..

I’ve been having SO much fun doing a little bit of design whilst working at night making up all your earring orders. I designed and released a banana cropped tee that I’d just made for fun for me but you all begged so I popped it online. Thinking this one may end up there too?? Thoughts??

Second week of full time work and I’m slowly finding my feet 💃 The balance between my job, the kids and Pink Nade is still a work in progress but feeling a lot less anxious this week about fitting it all in and I’ll take that as a huge win!

I’ve always struggled to switch my brain between modes or tasks. I used to sit in my car after school drop off just before going into work (Pink Nade) and would often be unable to move. I couldn’t switch from mum to work mode. Eventually I discovered if after the school run I cranked my favourite music as loud as possible all the way to work it would reset me out of one mode to the next. This is my second week of full time work and I was having a similar issue but it was switching out of work mode, into mum mode then back into work mode when I was getting home at night. I knew I’d figure it out, little did I know it would still be with music, just a little less loud 🤪 Grateful for this beautiful piano in my lounge room, even if I can still hear the kids screaming into their headsets in the background ..

This week was my first week at my new job as a financial accountant. It was a whirl wind week of trying to juggle all the balls of work, parenting and Pink Nade but I can honestly say I’m very proud of how I’ve handled it all. It will take a while I think to find our new balance and how we will fit it all in but it will happen 🙏
Can’t wait to experiment with my new “corporate” wardrobe and how I can incorporate some colour 💃
