Thanks to Peter for supplying some lovely random shape opals to use in our designs. This customer wanted her opal set in a ring as simple and delicate as possible, but hopefully a bit 'beachy'. I think she'll be pleased.
We've got more colours and shapes to choose from at a very reasonable price!

Renate had a lovely time creating a setting for this stunning opal.

The Jewellery Room is open for sales on Wednesday again for the next couple of months. My son Blaise is on Uni break and will be helping out most Wednesdays 11-4.
For some reason some of the local ladies like to shop when he is in? 🤔

I cast the gum nuts in silver to make earrings, but had a thought that the natural element of the internal claws could potentially hold a stone just like a setting would??
Finally got around to trying it today with some small peridots (happens to be August birthstone), and it worked nicely!
