🔹 Engineering & Approvals
Structural drawings and council approvals need to be completed before any work begins on site.
🔹 Excavation
Once we have the tick of approval, the hole can be dug. Site conditions at this stage can affect the timeline.
🔹 Steel Installation
Structural reinforcement is placed before the concrete shell is formed.
🔹 Plumbing Installation
All pipework is installed. On the surface, it doesn’t look like much is happening, but big steps forward are being taken.
🔹 Shotcrete Application
An exciting step. The concrete shell is sprayed into place, and your pool starts to look like a pool.
🔹 Equipment Installation
Filtration equipment is installed. The engine room of your pool.
🔹 Paving and fencing
The surrounding area is completed, and the critical pool fencing or safety barrier.
🔹 Finishes
Once you pool surrounds and fencing is completed, it's safe for water to be added. Your chosen surface finish, whether it be beadcrete, ceramic or glass mosaics, is applied, and your vision truly starts to come to life.
🔹 Handover & Training
You’re walked through everything you need to know about operating and maintaining your pool.
The full process typically takes 4–6 months, depending on complexity, size, and scope.
